About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, highly collaborative marketer to own the field marketing planning and execution across a defined regional territory. This role brings the Caesars Sportsbook brand to life on the ground-activating sports sponsorships, retail sportsbooks, and cultural moments that drive brand connection and commercial performance. The manager serves as the regional expert, understanding market nuances, competitive dynamics, growth headwinds, and opportunities, and converts that insight into high‑impact, hyper‑local marketing strategies. About Caesars Sportsbook: Caesars Sportsbook delivers market‑leading technology and thousands of sports wagering markets through its mobile app and growing network of 60 retail sportsbooks nationwide. With an unmatched omni‑channel ecosystem spanning in‑person betting experiences, self‑service kiosks, mobile cash deposit/withdrawal capabilities, and elevated game‑day environments, Caesars is redefining how fans connect with the sports they love. Requirements

  • A marketer with 2-4 years of experience in sports marketing, experiential/event strategy, or brand partnerships (sports betting experience a plus).
  • Deeply knowledgeable about your region-demonstrating cultural fluency, fan insight, and local market sensibility.
  • Ability to manage multiple events, markets, and partners simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
  • Analytical and commercially minded able to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Collaborative cross‑functional partner who can influence without authority and work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities and tight timelines.
  • Strong project manager with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tight timelines, and complex cross-functional workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Work with regional Field Marketing Managers to support relationships with casino properties by maintaining regular communication, assisting with alignment on marketing priorities, and helping ensure initiatives are executed smoothly to support retail growth.
  • Assist with the execution of retail sportsbook marketing plans for Caesars properties in your region, helping ensure on‑property experiences reflect brand standards and drive customer engagement.
  • Help implement on‑property brand experiences by coordinating programming, promotions, content, and game‑day elements that support foot traffic, dwell time, and retail betting activity.
  • Support initiatives that connect retail and mobile behavior, including app education materials, enrollment prompts, loyalty integrations, QR placements, and on‑site mobile acquisition tactics.
  • Execute on‑property engagement tactics by coordinating brand experiences, digital touchpoints, and promotional activations that guide customers from retail sportsbooks to the mobile app.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Creative, Promotions, CRM, Legal, Operations, Media) to help launch localized campaigns tied to seasonal sports moments, major events, and partner activations.
  • Coordinate regional execution of signage, merchandising, QR codes, and on‑site brand presence, ensuring materials are installed accurately and on time across sportsbook and casino locations.
  • Provide logistical support for on‑site events, including watch parties, VIP experiences, partner activations, and new sportsbook openings.
  • Manage trafficking and approval workflows for regional marketing assets, ensuring timely routing and brand consistency across all on‑property touchpoints.
  • Collect and organize feedback from customers, casino teams, and partners, and share insights with the broader team to inform future marketing efforts.
  • Support training and education efforts for casino staff on Caesars Rewards, mobile betting, and promotions to enhance customer experience and adoption.
  • Track and manage on‑site marketing materials (merchandising, print assets, signage, promotional items) and coordinate with vendors on production timelines and delivery.
  • Support the execution of sports partnerships within the assigned region by assisting with asset delivery, activation timelines, and partner communication.
  • Help translate sponsorship assets (media, hospitality, IP, fan engagement) into clear activation plans by coordinating logistics, materials, and internal approvals.
  • Maintain partnership calendars, fulfillment trackers, and proof‑of‑performance documentation, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Participate in recurring partner calls and planning meetings, capturing action items and supporting follow‑through on agreed‑upon initiatives.
  • Assist with monitoring competitive activity, industry trends, and local sports performance to support idea generation and promotional planning.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support seamless execution across properties and campaigns.
