Field Marketing Coordinator-VA South
About The Position
Dental Care Alliance is hiring a full-time Field Marketing Coordinator for the VA South area only. This person will develop and execute strategic B2B marketing plans to increase patient referrals and treatment completion through local networking and relationship building with area dental offices and doctors. Plan and coordinate professional events for key audiences, develop meaningful social media content and marketing materials. Launch targeted local grassroots marketing initiatives in line with the offices’ brands, professional image, and target audiences. Please note this position is NOT remote you will be working throughout our Dental Practices: The VA Field marketer will be representing the following practices: 57226 DSC Chesapeake 57240 DSC Virginia Beach
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
- Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships through social skills and friendly disposition
- Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
- Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Experience in event coordination and planning.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the capacity to learn and utilize other software platforms to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel frequently
Responsibilities
- Promote and represent a brand to its target audience. Their primary responsibility is to build and strengthen the brand's reputation, increase its visibility, and engage with consumers.
- Act as an enthusiastic advocate for the offices and its values.
- Go to offices and capture photos, videos, review for social media posts that feature the practice. Distribute this content directly on the practice pages and/or submit to the Brand Manager
- Represent the offices at events, trade shows, or other promotional activities. Assist with giveaways and other marketing initiatives.
- Collect feedback from office managers and relay it to the marketing team. Provide insights into market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the markets you serve on a quarterly basis. Secret shop other practices.
- Identify influencers in the community and send back to the brand team
