About The Position

QUI Tequila is a luxury, additive-free tequila brand seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator based in Dallas, TX. This role is the operational backbone of the field marketing team, reporting directly to senior leadership. The coordinator will manage the day-to-day operations of the brand ambassador program, including recruitment, scheduling, coaching, and reporting. This is a hands-on position with high responsibility, offering visibility and a clear career path within a rapidly expanding premium brand.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Natural ability to problem-solve on the fly.
Confidence taking ownership of work and making decisions independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and onboard new brand ambassadors.
Manage ambassador scheduling across multiple Costco locations.
Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing coaching and feedback.
Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day operational issues and support field teams.
Coordinate training programs and assist with payroll preparation.
Produce operational reporting for leadership.
Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and build scalable systems.
Maintain communication with Costco location contacts and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to new market launches and special operational projects.
