Requirements
- Recent grad or early-career professional (0–2 years experience)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable talking to new people daily
- Organized, proactive, and coachable
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
- Willingness to travel locally between store locations
Responsibilities
- Connect with store associates and help them understand our services
- Run in-store events (think pop-ups, demo tables, mobile showroom events)
- Keep displays and marketing materials organized and on-brand
- Promote seasonal offers and create excitement with customers
- Build relationships with store leadership and team members
- Follow up on customer leads and support the sales pipeline
- Track performance and submit weekly reports
- Help schedule events and plan store visits
- Learn and apply sales processes and best practices
- Collaborate with your team and managers for coaching and development
