About The Position

System Pavers is seeking individuals to join their award-winning team as Field Marketing Associates. The primary responsibility of this role is to bring the System Pavers brand to life by connecting with residential homeowners to schedule free estimates/appointments. This is not a hard sales position; the role involves connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify those interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space. The company emphasizes a team-first culture that rewards hard work, drive, and people skills.

Requirements

• Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Be able to be on your feet throughout most of the day
• Be friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skills
• Be able to work weekends and special events
• Be willing to train and excited to represent our brand
• Self-motivated: You have excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
• Great Communicator: You excel in both verbal and written communications
• Personable: You’re known for your outgoing personality and professionalism
• Positive Attitude: You have a can-do attitude and a mindset focused on growth and learning
• Outdoors Lover: You enjoy being outside on a daily basis and also relish the idea of helping others transform their outdoors into a space that brings people together
• Satisfactory passing of a standard background check
• Clean driving record when driving for the job is required

Responsibilities

• Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport
• Canvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision
• Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners
• Maintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction
• Efficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software
