About The Position

System Pavers is seeking motivated individuals to join their award-winning team as Field Marketing Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing the System Pavers brand to life by connecting with residential homeowners in their neighborhoods. Your primary goal is to schedule free estimates/appointments for Design Consultants who will create personalized Outdoor Living System Designs. This is not a hard sales position; it focuses on identifying homeowners interested in remodeling their outdoor spaces. The company fosters a team-first culture that rewards hard work, drive, and people skills. The average Field Marketing Associate earns approximately $60,000 annually, including commission based on meeting targets. This role requires the ability to work weekends.

Requirements

• Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Be able to be on your feet throughout most of the day
• Be friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skills
• Be able to work weekends and special events
• Be willing to train and excited to represent our brand
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing personality and professionalism
• Can-do attitude and a mindset focused on growth and learning
• Enjoy being outside on a daily basis
• Satisfactory passing of a standard background check
• Clean driving record when driving for the job is required

Responsibilities

• Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport
• Canvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision
• Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners
• Maintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction
• Efficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software
