About The Position

The Field Marketing and Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for ideating, planning, and executing interactive engagement events, managing and monitoring social media channels, creating marketing collateral, developing relationships with campus organizations, and partnering with the management team to draft and execute annual Business & Marketing Plans. This role is part of the Parkhurst Dining team within Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, a family-owned company with a long history of creating smiles and a commitment to its core values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year marketing experience or internship experience
• Strong communication skills, including written or verbal, with strong attention to detail
• Skilled in creating, posting, sharing, and managing social media content to boost brand presence and engagement
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrated urgency and responsiveness to requests

Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, and execute interactive engagement events like Pop Ups, holiday celebrations, theme meals, and vendor spotlights
• Manage and monitor social media channels, consistently creating content that is compelling, informative, inclusive, and entertaining
• Create physical and digital marketing collateral and communication pieces consistent with brand standards, and manage corporate graphic design requests
• Develop relationships with campus organizations and departments for collaborative events, communication partnership, and focus groups
• Partner with management team to draft and execute annual Business & Marketing Plan that addresses key operational, partnership, and revenue growth opportunities
