About The Position

Clover Sonoma is looking for reliable, energetic, and passionate Field Marketing Ambassadors to join our team on a part-time, temporary/seasonal basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of Clover Sonoma, directly supporting our vibrant presence at exciting local events, impactful community activations, and festive county fairs. As a Field Marketing Ambassador, you will represent our brand in dynamic, live consumer environments, helping us create truly memorable experiences through engaging product sampling, essential event support, and positive, hands-on consumer interaction. Requirements

  • Must be 17 years of age or older
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Must be able to stand and work on feet for 5+ hours per shift
  • Must have reliable transportation to event locations
  • Must be available for event-based shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Engage with consumers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Communicate key product information and brand messaging
  • Create positive, memorable interactions at events
  • Serve Clover Sonoma products to consumers
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Restock products and supplies throughout events
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sampling area
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Support setup and breakdown of tents, coolers, displays, and materials
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of event equipment and vehicles
  • Collect basic consumer feedback and observations when needed
