About The Position

Capital Vacations is one of the fastest-growing companies in the vacation ownership industry, and we're looking for outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our Marketing Team. As a Field Marketing Agent, you'll interact with vacationers and visitors, introduce them to Capital Vacations, and schedule qualified guests to attend a vacation ownership presentation. If you enjoy talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want an opportunity with strong earning potential and room for growth, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have scheduling flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Reliable transportation
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

Candidates with experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, promotions, events, marketing, or sales

Responsibilities

Engage with vacationers, resort guests, and local visitors
Introduce guests to Capital Vacations and our vacation ownership programs
Generate qualified tours and appointments
Build rapport and create excitement around the vacation ownership experience
Meet and exceed weekly performance goals
