About The Position

As a Field Marketer, you’ll meet with homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. This is an entry-level sales role where you are not expected to close deals, but to generate interest from a great first impression. This role is a great fit for first jobs, career changers, retail, restaurant, hospitality, customer service, athletics, or anyone who enjoys talking to people. You will work in local neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners. You’ll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives.

• Walking throughout neighborhoods for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way
• Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions
• Create interest and answer basic questions
• Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives
• Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals
