About The Position

Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking a Field Marketer to engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach. The role involves introducing remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation, generating interest, and scheduling free in-home product demonstrations. This position does not involve direct selling but offers a stepping-stone into a career in management or sales. Requirements

No experience required!
Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
Availability to work afternoons and evenings
Currently hiring for 1pm – 9pm shifts
Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours/day)
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities

Nice To Haves

Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
