The Field Market Engineer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, differentiation, and customer engagement in the Coatings segment (sub-segments include Architectural paints, and Masonry/Concrete) for NAM region. This role partners cross-functionally to translate market insights into actionable plans, support commercial execution, and enable innovation. The manager leads strategic initiatives across product management, demand generation, and value proposition development, ensuring alignment with global priorities and NAM market needs.
