About The Position

Performs daily maintenance of baseball fields. Works under the immediate direction of the Field Maintenance Supervisor and general supervision of the Sports & Aquatic Director. Essential functions include performing hands-on tasks such as operating a 4-wheeler, raking, digging, moving earth and heavy objects, laying out bases and chalk lines, cleaning restrooms, and picking up trash. The role also involves communicating maintenance and personnel issues to the Field Maintenance Supervisor and requires flexibility to work some evenings and weekends with notice.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, and the public.
• Decision making capabilities.
• Ability to work hard in physically challenging conditions.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
