About The Position

As a Field Maintenance Technician working on CNC equipment in Virginia, you will inspect, maintain, repair, and install Haas equipment. Your primary focus will be on preventing problems before they occur, ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable, and performs at its best. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, utilizing knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical machine systems to solve technical problems efficiently. You will also provide expert guidance, training, and support to customers and teammates, helping to improve maintenance standards. Accurate and up-to-date service reports will be maintained using digital tools, and strong working relationships with customers and colleagues will be fostered to support shared goals and deliver excellent results. Requirements

Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Ability to travel up to 80% of the month between Monday and Friday from your residence in Virginia.
Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers professionally.
Ability to keep track of expenses and manage paperwork relating to maintenance completed.

Nice To Haves

Mechatronics, machining, or engineering certificate or degree (especially with industry experience).
CNC or machine tool knowledge or experience.
Working knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
