About The Position

MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative/Trainer to support the overall fielding, coordination, sustainment, and management of airborne and ground-based Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) systems. Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years related experience.
  • Experience leading all aspects of training and fielding.
  • Experience conducting property accountability and chain of custody.
  • Experience planning and coordinating training and fielding activities.
  • Experience in developing training materials and technical manuals.
  • Experience in delivering instructional training to large groups, effectively communicating complex concepts, ensuring participant engagement and understanding.
  • The position is contingent upon candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, planning, and scheduling/on-site coordination for the delivery, integration, and training for EW capabilities.
  • Provide maintenance, sustainment, and oversight associated EW system equipment, software, and training material.
  • Provides New Equipment Training/New Equipment Fielding (NET/NEF) to soldiers and civilians.
  • Selected candidate will be required to travel in support of EW&C mission requirements; CONUS and OCONUS travel required.
  • Develop After Action Reports summarizing daily activities/events during and after NET/NEF events.
  • Provide training, and remote or on-site system support during program test events.
  • Develop, upload, and manage training material hosted on Blackboard for distance learning by users.
  • Participate in system Technical Manual Validation and Verification events.
  • Participate in system Logistics Maintenance Demonstrations.
  • Participate in Product Support IPT and brief NET/NEF current and future activities to Product Support Manager.
  • Provide reach-back support to users concerning equipment training, maintenance, and sustainment.
  • Review and provide comments to program Technical Manuals, Training Support Packages, and Training Lesson Plans.
  • Utilize applicable Policy and Regulation documents to ensure all program training and fielding products are developed and implemented properly.
