Our Field Leaders oversee multiple restaurant locations, understanding the importance of strong partnerships with restaurant managers and how to run a great operation. Requirements

• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing)
• Ability to foster and ensure a food safety first culture
• Passion for team development and leading through others
• A laser-like focus on the guest experience
• The ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements
• A team player who can jump in and assist when needed
• Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
• The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple restaurant locations.
• Foster and ensure a food safety first culture.
• Develop and lead through others.
• Focus on the guest experience.
• Train and validate employees on key operational elements.
• Jump in and assist when needed.
• Manage P&L, food safety, sales-forecasting, and staffing for assigned locations.
