About The Position

Chipotle is seeking a Field Leader to oversee multiple restaurant locations. The role builds strong partnerships with restaurant managers and leads effective restaurant operations. Field Leaders support Chipotle’s mission to make better food accessible to everyone and contribute to a team focused on developing people and delivering a great guest experience.

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Business knowledge, including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing.
• Ability to foster and ensure a food-safety-first culture.
• Passion for team development and leading through others.
• Strong focus on the guest experience.
• Ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to assist when needed.
• Previous multi-unit restaurant experience.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location.
