About The Position

This role involves performing essential labor on military, industrial, and commercial construction projects. Key responsibilities include assisting with the removal of building materials, structures, and debris during demolition operations, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following proper debris removal and site organization protocols. The position requires the ability to perform physically demanding labor in both outdoor and indoor construction settings, adhering strictly to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations on active construction sites. Successful candidates will work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to ensure efficient project completion and demonstrate a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in demolition and construction.

Requirements

Must have a Real ID or Passport.
Clean Background. Or meet qualifications to be able to obtain a DBIDS and get on base.
Have a vehicle and ability to drive to project sites within Salisbury and surrounding DE area.
Ability to perform physically demanding labor in outdoor and indoor construction environments.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills in demolition and construction.
