Requirements

• Recent high school graduate (or equivalent)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment
• Willingness to travel for project assignments
• Positive attitude and reliability

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily construction site activities
• Work with crews on foundation and bridge-related projects
• Operate tools and equipment (training provided)
• Travel to job sites and work as part of a close-knit team
• Learn industry skills that can lead to advancement opportunities
