About The Position

Done Right Chimney is looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our field team. Previous chimney experience is not required, as the company is willing to train the right individual who demonstrates reliability, a commitment to safety, receptiveness to direction, and a desire to learn a skilled trade. This role involves active, physical work, with technicians focusing on chimney, hearth, venting, masonry, and fireplace/stove-related projects across Western Massachusetts. The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and maintaining professionalism when working in customers' homes.

Responsibilities

Carrying and staging tools, ladders, materials, and equipment.
Setting up and cleaning up job sites.
Assisting technicians with chimney inspections and sweeping.
Assisting with chimney repairs, liners, caps, venting systems, and light masonry.
Working with hand and power tools.
Keeping trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized.
Taking job-site photos and assisting with basic documentation.
Working outdoors in changing weather.
Working respectfully in and around customers’ homes.
