About The Position

The Sprinkler Field labor/ Apprentice assists in the installation of fire sprinkler systems. The apprentice works under direct supervision and assists with basic tasks while learning industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No minimum experience required.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver’s license (if driving is required).

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installation of fire sprinkler systems.
• Use hand tools and equipment under direct supervision.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Observe and learn proper installation techniques.
• Support documentation and reporting processes as directed.
• Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites.
• Perform tasks as directed and does not independently perform jobs.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
