Key responsibilities include proactive executive support, end-user issue resolution, ServiceNow ticket management, and device lifecycle management (imaging, configuration, and replacement). Daily activities include workstation imaging, advanced end-user technical support, software installation and upgrades, and supporting Microsoft Teams collaboration, ensuring executive readiness for meetings and key events.
