As the Field Inventory Team Lead, you will drive efficient branch operations by managing inventory accuracy, analyzing performance metrics, supporting customers and healthcare professionals, improving service processes, and leading projects that enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This role involves cycle counting inventory in various hospital and office locations, reconciling counts, submitting adjustments, and understanding procedures for managing inventory shelf life and expiry records. You will also manage, report, and analyze branch operations metrics, track service levels, and provide phone support for inquiries. Additionally, you will issue materials based on requisitions, prepare inventory records, determine proper storage methods, and dispose of damaged items. The role includes providing coaching and feedback to improve service levels and customer support, engaging with customers in a prompt and courteous manner, and carrying out long-term projects while keeping management informed of progress.
