About The Position

Cerapedics is a global, commercial-stage orthopedics company dedicated to redefining bone repair. The Field Inventory Analyst, based in Westminster, Colorado, will contribute to the company's mission by ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient management of field-based inventory. This role is part of the Customer Service team and focuses on building collaborative relationships with customers through effective communication regarding their inventory. Daily tasks include running and analyzing inventory reconciliations and PAR level reports, communicating about expiring products, issuing RMAs, and following up on unreturned inventory.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years customer service and inventory control, logistics or supply chain operations
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • 1-3 years analytical experience utilizing multiple data sets to produce informed & actionable recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow standardized processes while managing multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and teamwork across cross-functional groups
  • Ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues appropriately
  • Customer and patient focused approach
  • Ability to drive to sites is required.

Nice To Haves

  • healthcare or medical device experience a plus
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and inventory management tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Run and analyze PAR reporting to control inventory outflow to the field.
  • Manage internal controls such as product access, restrictions, par levels, etc.
  • Assist field auditors with inventory reconciliation for consignment customers, including inventory transfers, returns and adjustments.
  • Monitor field inventory consigned to sales team, distributors and hospitals through the audit process.
  • Administer company policy and procedures for field inventory management and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Review, search and resolve inventory discrepancies and disputes related to pending and processed orders to maintain accurate inventory usage records and allow orders to be processed and revenue recognized.
  • Identify and communicate with customers holding expiring inventory to coordinate the return or exchange by issuing RMAs and creating return shipping labels.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong accountability, and enthusiasm, with a proven ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Perform other Customer Service-related duties as assigned.
