Interviewers follow contact schedules set by the Field Supervisor and administer standardized, computer-assisted interviews, collecting confidential information from selected individuals. The role includes independently managing administrative duties such as conference calls, online training, scheduled data transmissions, system updates, and timely, accurate Time & Expense reports. Interviewers attend virtual project-team meetings and weekly meetings with the Field Supervisor, and participate in field observations conducted by client or RTI staff. They are responsible for the proper use and care of project-issued equipment and for tracking and safeguarding participant incentives, equipment, and project materials. The position requires working and driving after dark and following a variable work schedule based on quarterly schedules and assignment size and location.
