About The Position

The Field Installer's main function is to assemble dock product and install boat lifts. This is an at-will employee, full-time, non-exempt position. Successful candidates must pass a criminal background check and meet the requirements of the full job description throughout the duration of employment with MariCorp U.S. and must follow all policies outlined in the employee handbook. Approximately 75%-100% of the work involves out-of-town travel.

Requirements

• Must pass a criminal background check
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Equivalent experience, education, and training may be considered as a diploma substitute
• Current Motor Vehicle Operator's License (if operating a motor vehicle)
• Maintain proper personal insurance coverage (if operating a motor vehicle)
• Must be forklift certified
• Operates trucks, trailers, and barges
• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to address situations as they arise and respond intuitively with accuracy and integrity
• Continuous learning style and ability
• Ability to present an overall professional image
• Ability to communicate effectively in a friendly and efficient manner with vendors, employees, and other company contacts
• Ability to effectively welcome and embrace differences among employees and vendors
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of others
• Must be able to clearly speak, read, and write in the English language
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledgeable in materials used on job sites
• Ability to identify any quality issues or defects in materials
• Must be able to operate a forklift
