About The Position

Timpte is looking for a motivated individual to perform general installation and assembly operations on boat tarps and related products at their Lincoln Marine location in the Ozarks. This role involves fabricating and assembling components, installing systems and accessories, and performing preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Must have valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to swim.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications.
• Knowledge of operating machines, hand tools, tape measures and other equipment.
• Ability to work with general supervision and make basic quality decisions.

Nice To Haves

• Boating license desirable.
• Prior manufacturing experience helpful.
• Ability to run a sewing machine is a plus.
• Ability to weld aluminum desirable.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble components.
• Install systems and accessories.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
