The Field Installation Manager will supervise all field installers, schedule, train, and assist on installations as needed. This role involves overseeing compliance and safety on job sites, attending weekly job site meetings, and scheduling and supervising installers daily. The manager will also be responsible for conducting toolbox talks, generating daily reports, ensuring proper tool usage for safety and quality, and reporting any damaged products. Additionally, the role requires analyzing drawings and work orders to plan layouts, organizing safety training and documentation, acting as a liaison between installers and project managers, and maintaining detailed records of installation requirements to ensure correct and efficient installations. Other duties may be assigned.
