About The Position
We are seeking a dependable Field Inspector for the Augusta area in eastern Georgia. This role involves traveling to properties, taking photos, noting occupancy status (occupied or vacant), and submitting a brief report via smartphone. Most inspections take 10-20 minutes. You will have the flexibility to choose orders closest to your location. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering control over your own hours and workload, making it suitable to run alongside other commitments.

Responsibilities
- Travel to properties within the Augusta area.
- Take photos of the property.
