About The Position

Southern National Roofing is seeking a Field Inspector to identify homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection and schedule appointments with homeowners. This is a full-time W-2 role with paid training, where performance directly impacts earnings and advancement. The company is a growing residential roofing company with multiple accolades and a strong reputation. This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative roles who are looking for a higher-earning career path. The Field Inspector will work in residential neighborhoods, perform ground-level visual inspections, educate homeowners, and set appointments for the inspection team. This is a face-to-face, field-based position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (to get to and from the office)
• Ability to work 40 hrs between 9am - 7pm, Mon -Sat

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods
• Speak directly with homeowners at their homes
