About The Position

Southern National Roofing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Field Inspectors / Appointment Setters. This is a full-time W-2 role where your performance directly impacts your earnings and career advancement. We provide comprehensive training from the ground up and promote based on performance. Our company is a rapidly growing residential roofing company with a strong reputation, including being ranked on multiple industry lists and holding an A+ BBB rating. This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar fields who are looking for a higher-earning career path. You will be responsible for identifying homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection and scheduling appointments for our in-home inspection team. This is a field-based position focused on educating homeowners and setting appointments, not selling or climbing roofs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (to get to and from the office)
• Ability to work 40 hrs between 9am - 7pm, Mon -Sat

• Backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, bartending, serving, warehouse work, administrative assistant roles, or receptionist positions

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods
• Speak directly with homeowners at their homes
• Perform basic, ground-level visual inspections
• Explain our free roof inspection service
• Schedule inspection appointments
• Work outdoors and stay active
