About The Position

Quiktrak is seeking motivated individuals for a flexible, as-needed part-time Field Inspector position involving travel between locations. Inspectors conduct field inspections and inventory audits primarily at commercial locations for banks and finance companies. Assignments typically take 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on the job. The role offers paid training, paid travel, outdoor work, and opportunities to visit new places and meet people. Work is scheduled during regular business hours, with no nights or weekends.

Requirements

• Android or iOS smartphone or tablet, or willingness to obtain one.
• Availability during regular business hours.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional demeanor while representing Quiktrak.
• Strong attention to detail, patience, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours when required.
• Willingness to complete ongoing education and training.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or a background as a home inspector, floor plan auditor, insurance adjuster, or notary; these backgrounds are not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule audits and inspections within assigned time frames.
• Travel varying distances to complete inspections.
• Use the Revoquest mobile app to complete and submit reports.
• Identify equipment using VINs or serial numbers.
• Photograph equipment, property, and visible damage.
• Interview business contacts during inspections.
• Submit completed reports on time.
• Complete required online certifications to meet client expectations.
