About The Position
FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Brown County, Kansas, and surrounding communities. This is an opportunity to earn supplemental or full-time income on a flexible schedule. The role offers autonomy in managing your own routing, schedule, and territory, with standard inspections designed for speed (typically 5-6 minutes on-site). Contractors can expect stable, month-to-month volume in their assigned county. This role requires significant driving in a rural county with longer drives between stops, making a fuel-efficient vehicle and comfort with country roads valuable.
Requirements

- Computer with an internet connection and a printer.
