Southern Roofing and Renovation is hiring a full-time Field Inspector – Exterior Restorations and Insurance Claims Specialist in Ft Smith, AR. This position will cover areas around Springdale, Fayetteville, Bentonville, and Rogers. The role involves climbing steep, multi-story roofs, capturing precise measurements and photos, and documenting everything in AccuLynx. The Field Inspector partners closely with their Project Manager, keeps appointments on time, and focuses on achieving buy-rate goals for initial and reinspection inspections.

Requirements

Reliable transportation capable of hauling a ladder
Ability to set up and climb ladders, inspect steep and multi-story roofs, and safely navigate exterior environments
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Comfortable climbing steep roofs (12' pitch and higher)
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Familiarity with AccuLynx
Prior experience with exterior restorations or insurance claim inspections

Responsibilities

Review prepared scope and head to the site ready to lead.
Set the tone at adjuster meetings by arriving early, aligning expectations, and presenting a complete, fact-based picture of the damage.
Climb steep, multi-story roofs, capture precise measurements and photos.
Document everything in AccuLynx.
Partner closely with your Project Manager.
Keep appointments on time.
Focus on achieving buy-rate goals for initial and reinspection inspections.
Tell the story of the damage with clarity.
