About The Position

qlub is scaling rapidly across the US, and we're looking for a Field Implementation Manager to own the successful launch of new restaurant partners across the market. This is a field-based role. You'll spend most of your time on-site with restaurant partners, taking venues from signed agreements to fully live and operational. You'll coordinate implementation activities, configure and deploy qlub's solutions, train restaurant teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every launch meets our operational and customer experience standards. You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Technical teams to remove implementation blockers and deliver a seamless launch experience. This role requires someone who is highly hands-on, commercially aware, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment. If you enjoy being in the field, solving problems in real time, and taking ownership from "signed" to "live," this role is for you.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, Field Operations, Account Management, Onboarding, or a similar customer-facing operational role
• Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations, launches, or deployments across multiple customers or locations
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating projects against tight deadlines
• Exceptional in-person and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with customers and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule across a large geographic territory
• Valid US driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market and spend the majority of your time on-site with restaurant partners
• Fluency in English is a must

Nice To Haves

• Experience implementing hardware, SaaS, POS, payment, or other technology solutions
• Experience working with multi-location restaurant groups or enterprise customers
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end venue implementations, from handover after contract signature through launch and stabilization
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Technical teams to ensure every implementation is delivered on time and to a high standard
• Conduct on-site venue visits to assess operational requirements, configure solutions, deploy hardware/software, and prepare restaurants for launch
• Lead hands-on training and enablement for restaurant owners, managers, and front-of-house teams to ensure they are confident using qlub
• Troubleshoot implementation and operational issues on-site, working with internal teams to drive issues through to resolution
• Manage multiple venue launches simultaneously, prioritizing activities based on launch timelines, venue requirements, and business impact
• Ensure all implementation requirements, configurations, and launch milestones are accurately documented and completed
• Monitor newly launched venues during the initial stabilization period, identifying adoption or operational issues and proactively addressing them
• Build strong relationships with restaurant partners and act as the primary implementation point of contact throughout the launch process
• Identify recurring implementation challenges and work with internal teams to improve processes, tools, and the overall launch playbook
• Provide feedback from the field to Product and Operations to help improve qlub's solutions and merchant experience
• Maintain high implementation velocity while ensuring quality, accuracy, and an excellent partner experience
