The Field Human Resources Manager and People Partner (known internally as the Local Employee Experience Manager) provides strategic People support to the Field People team and Field business leadership team, managing integrated deployment of national and localized plans. This role supports the implementation, execution, and maximization of the strategic national Business Plan with a People lens. The position coaches, influences, and advises Franchisees & Corporate Staff in People Priorities and influences and leads local execution of the people plan across various regions including Western & Eastern Washington, Oregon, San Francisco, Sacramento, Alaska, and Hawaii. The role leverages the Field Support team for execution of people tools and resources and supports a culture of Talent, Inclusion and Engagement within the Field Office, encompassing areas like compensation, potential designation, succession planning, and performance management. Additionally, the position protects the brand by helping execute Government Relations and Labor relations plans.
