About The Position

Requirements

  • Two to three years of professional-level Human Resources experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel 80% of the time, including air travel and frequent overnight stays.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in HR management or business administration.
  • Automotive parts knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Support our non-union policy and help maintain a positive, union-free workplace.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing development and training programs.
  • Ensure all managers follow company policies, accident procedures, and loss prevention protocols.
  • Assist with recruiting and staffing to meet customer service needs and diversity standards.
  • Ensure company policies and guidelines are clearly communicated and adhered to by all employees.
  • Contribute to recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and training high-caliber store personnel.
  • Establish connections with trade schools, military job placement centers, and employment agencies.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus and service orientation, working independently and efficiently.
  • Juggle multiple tasks and see projects through to completion.
  • Lead Parts Pro Training for your assigned regions.
  • Keep the Divisional Human Resource Manager informed of any compliance issues and address employee relations concerns promptly.
  • Perform frequent store visits to ensure a positive work environment and address any concerns.
