About The Position

ABM Industries is seeking a Field HR Partner to support front-line employees, supervisors, and managers across all ABM industry groups in San Francisco and North Bay to the Oregon Border, with additional support as needed in the Northern California Region. This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and front-line leaders, acting as a consultant on human resource-related issues. The Field HR Partner serves as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR needs. They will collaborate with HR centers of excellence to achieve talent goals and drive business performance, implementing innovative solutions with a focus on process and metrics. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that reflect business objectives. Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability is preferred. This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days in-office per week, with office locations in San Francisco, CA, or Redwood City, CA.
