The Field Operations HR Manager is responsible for delivering HR functions and actions aligning with business objectives at large construction project field locations. This role will work as the manager of the on-site field HR team, delivering human resource-related support for the Project team, as well as acting as an employee champion, and change agent. The HR Manager is crucial in executing and improving the “Field HR” delivery model, used throughout the entire Kiewit organization. A successful person in this role maintains an effective level of business literacy about the projects schedule of completion, key performance indices, current objectives, culture and competition. Location This project is located on a construction site in Study Butte, TX. Kiewit will provide housing in addition to per diem/travel pay for candidates for this role as per diem housing/hotel options are limited in the area - details will be discussed further in the interview. Upon completion of this project, mobility/ability to relocate is desired for future opportunities with the organization.
