About The Position

The Field HR Consultant, Americas serves as a strategic HR partner supporting leaders and employees across North and Latin America. This role provides consultative guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, policy interpretation, investigations, and organizational change initiatives. The consultant partners closely with business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to drive consistent, compliant, and business-focused people solutions across the region.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
Experience supporting multiple countries and complex business environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee matters while balancing business objectives and risk.
Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or Field HR experience.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR consultation and support to leaders across the Americas region.
Lead and support complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution efforts.
Advise leaders on performance management, employee development, corrective actions, and terminations.
Partner with Legal, Labor Relations, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Support organizational changes, restructures, workforce actions, and business transformation initiatives.
Analyze workforce trends and recommend proactive solutions to address organizational challenges.
Guide leaders through talent management, employee engagement, retention, and change management efforts.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Benefits, HRIS, and Learning.
Support labor relations activities and employee representative matters, as applicable.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across countries within the Americas region.
