Position Overview We’re seeking a Field Growth Marketing Specialist at our Corporate location in Sedalia, Missouri to help drive acquisition and retention strategies for our Retail and Franchise territories. This role partners closely with Sales, Field Leadership, and the Marketing team to develop prospecting campaigns, support renewal efforts, and strengthen our competitive positioning in the market. The ideal candidate enjoys combining strategy, research, and messaging to help territories grow while ensuring campaigns are executed effectively from planning through performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for B2B audiences.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operational teams.
  • Strong research and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or sales support.
  • Experience working with CRM-driven campaigns and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with campaign planning, market research, and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate acquisition and retention marketing campaigns for Retail and Franchise territories.
  • Partner with Sales and Field Leadership to create prospecting strategies, renewal messaging, and territory-specific campaigns.
  • Create campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and performance goals for marketing initiatives.
  • Develop sales enablement content, proposal messaging, and competitive positioning for territory teams.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor messaging, pricing, and positioning to inform strategy.
  • Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to identify target audiences, campaign cadence, and deployment plans.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and field feedback.
  • Write and proof B2B marketing content including sales collateral, campaign messaging, and supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Visual Production teams to ensure campaigns and materials align with brand standards.
  • Support communication and marketing plans for new products, pilot programs, and territory initiatives.
