Requirements

Safety is a part of your day-to-day.
You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work.
You are looking for long-term projects.
You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team.
You have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and a technical degree is preferred.
You have at least 5 years of industry experience.
Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
You have demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.
You possess job-related certifications, like First Aid, Safety, and Rescue.
You have the ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment.
You must be able to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW.
You must be able to pick up to 50 lbs., and be capable of working up to 12 hours.
You have the ability to identify and distinguish colors.
You possess 10+ years of experience.
You have possession of OSHA 10.
You have excavator training.

Nice To Haves

Possessing a WSA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Leading the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals determined by leadership.
Understanding and implementing MasTec Communications Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies (Safety Manual).
Understanding and implementing Industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI).
Ensuring safety requirements at your sites and with your crew.
Overseeing the daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites.
Maintaining daily paperwork required for the site and the crew.
Implementing and following through with job instructions provided by leadership.
Compiling all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effort.
Uploading closeout documentation to customer interfaces.
Coordinating with the customer representative for site-related activities and maintaining a good working relationship with the customer representative.
Providing leadership, guidance, and actively training/promoting learning to all crew members.
Always maintaining equipment and vehicles in operational condition.
Validating daily timesheets for Management.
Conducting other duties as assigned.
