As a Field Experience Associate, you’ll be a key player in supporting both consumers and wholesale customers for HOKA in your assigned territory. You’ll engage consumers at events, activations, and expos, train retail staff, and provide virtual support through educational resources and digital assets. Your work will help grow brand awareness, stimulate product trial, and identify opportunities to reach new consumer groups across running, fitness, hike, medical, prep, walking, and trend communities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Experience with consumer-first strategy and maintaining professional relationships
  • Familiarity with HOKA products
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with peers, superiors, sales reps, and retail staff
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proven record of follow-through
  • Experience with one-on-one service, fitting, and selling technical running footwear and apparel
  • Ability to prioritize workflow
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required occasionally to move materials or equipment

Responsibilities

  • Educate and engage retail sales staff, generating excitement and teaching about brands, products, and sales techniques
  • Showcase HOKA brands in stores and at expos, soliciting sales to consumers
  • Identify opportunities with new and existing consumer groups in the field
  • Strategize with the Field Experience Manager to align with regional and brand goals, executing territory plans
  • Own and create seasonal territory support strategies that align with broader directives
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly activity for retailers and consumers, planning effective schedules and participating in team calls
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and communications
