About The Position

The Field Expansion Manager is responsible for launching and stabilizing strategic growth markets. This role establishes foundational operations, builds a local subcontractor base, and prepares the market for transition to a permanent field manager. This position is in our Leadership pipeline. This position will help start a new market, grow the market, train Field Managers and eventually lead the team. As a Field Expansion Manager you will drive the execution of turnkey, single family residential installation projects by: Act as the primary point-of-contact for new builder relationships Partner with the Business Development Manager to grow the new market Work with cross functional groups to source and onboard local subcontractors across all scopes Coordinate material vendors and ensure job readiness Set up job tracking systems using Streamline and implement QC protocols Train and oversee initial labor and staffing needs Achieve volume and quality benchmarks to enable a successful handoff Manage the new market through an initial ramp-up until job flow is consistent and sustainable

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity, previous experience in project and vendor management a plus.
  • Organized and efficient approach to business, with professional style and communications.
  • Commitment and desire to learn including construction software and other company systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
