Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or trade show management within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Proven history of managing trade shows and conferences end-to-end, including strategy, logistics, vendor management, and on-site leadership.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track metrics, evaluate event ROI, and optimize programs based on performance insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and represent the brand professionally at events.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a bias for action—comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in marketing and event tools (e.g., Eloqua, On24, Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end trade show and conference logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, staffing, metrics tracking, and on-site execution, ensuring high-quality experiences and results delivery.
Plan and execute highly impactful field marketing events that generate qualified leads, accelerate sales opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships, including executive dinners, account-specific events, and ABM programs.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify key accounts and develop tailored marketing strategies that engage prospects.
Work effectively across GTM to provide campaign and demand programs for pre-event and post-event support, ensuring the delivery of event KPIs.
Partner with sales teams to understand segment and regional priorities, account needs, and revenue targets, translating them into actionable field marketing plans.
