About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Field & Events Manager in United States. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing field and event programs that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue impact. You will manage events end-to-end, from strategic planning and vendor coordination to on-site execution and post-event analysis. Working closely with marketing, sales, business development, and operations teams, you will ensure every event is seamless, on-brand, and measurable. This position requires strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills to anticipate needs and elevate attendee experiences. The role includes occasional travel, budget oversight, and technology platform management to support both in-person and virtual events. You will play a pivotal role in scaling events that support pipeline growth and organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing trade shows, conferences, or field events, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong project management skills.
  • Experience negotiating vendor contracts, managing budgets, and ensuring financial accountability.
  • Hands-on experience with event technology platforms for registration, lead capture, and virtual events.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, or similar systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, conferences, workshops, seminars, receptions, and virtual events, ensuring high-quality attendee experiences.
  • Align event strategy with marketing campaigns, sales goals, and business objectives, maintaining close cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage full event lifecycles, including stakeholder alignment, vendor management, logistics, shipping, and post-event reporting.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs to identify improvements and enhance future outcomes.
  • Oversee event budgets and procurement, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery of displays, signage, collateral, and giveaways.
  • Travel up to 15% to provide on-site support, setup, troubleshooting, and coordination for events.
  • Collaborate with business development and revenue operations teams to drive attendee engagement, track leads, and optimize data capture.
  • Analyze event performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve, scale, and refine event programs.
