About The Position

As a Field Inspector, you will perform brief, exterior residential occupancy verifications, confirming property status and reporting on general conditions. You will manage your own routing, schedule, and territory, with standard inspections typically requiring only 5-6 minutes on-site. The role involves determining property occupancy status, capturing photos, submitting reports using mobile applications, and maintaining reliability regarding territory coverage and deadlines. This position requires significant driving in a spacious rural county with longer drives between stops, making a fuel-efficient vehicle and comfort with country roads valuable.

Requirements
