About The Position

RINA is currently looking for prestigious project professionals in Mississippi. The roles include Mechanical QA/QC Support Specialist and Field Civil Engineer. Both positions are for a 6-month duration and require residency in Mississippi.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical inspection and QA/QC experience in energy or industrial projects is preferred.
• Candidates should bring a civil/structural engineering background and strong industrial construction field experience.

Nice To Haves

• PE registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides mechanical quality oversight for fabrication and construction activities, including inspection of piping and equipment, review of quality documentation and NDE results, and witnessing required testing.
• Site-based role providing civil and structural engineering oversight and construction support from the Owner's perspective.
• Reviews drawings, specifications, submittals and RFIs; supports earthwork, foundations, concrete, structural steel, drainage and underground utilities; oversees QA/QC inspections and testing; resolves field and constructability issues; and supports punch list, turnover and closeout.
