About The Position

Titan Technologies is hiring a summer intern (temporary) to support our construction program management sector. If you are a current college student, motivated & detail oriented, this temporary internship may be for you! In this role you will assist with various special projects and/or administrative duties in support of our Total Program Management (TPM) operations. You will be involved in several areas such as field engineering, document control, contractor management and programming/design.

Requirements

• Ability to type 45 WPM
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office products 2013-2016
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• College Level Coursework

Responsibilities

• Assists in the gathering, validation, and organization of design and bid documents
• Assists in preparations of meetings
• Manages small tasks and assists with research on topics or trends. Tracks work, writes memos, prepares spreadsheets, and summary documents for research work.
• Tracks and assists in preparation of briefing materials
• Schedules meetings; attends and participates in professional group meetings; and prepares meeting minutes.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
