About The Position

As a Field Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting commercial construction projects while working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of construction experience, including internships or field experience
• Understanding of commercial construction processes and project documentation
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the construction industry

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation
• Assist with project controls, budgeting, and change order management
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and design partners
• Track project progress and help keep projects on schedule
• Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation
